The Opportunity:

Position Summary:

This individual is responsible for providing outstanding service to our patients and guests, and ensuring that Associates have the support and training needed to do the same. The Retail Operations Specialist will assist in ensuring the compliant operations and the management of all cannabis product and accessories inventory within the dispensary located in Hudson, Framingham, or Pittsfield Massachusetts, pursuant to and in compliance with local and state laws and regulations, including 935 CMR 500, 501, and 502.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
As part of the leadership team, this role includes key holder responsibilities including opening and closing the location and serving as the manager on duty when Manager and Assistant Manager are not on site. The Operations Specialist will adhere to all Retail SOPs and policies and closely observe Associates and the retail environment and notify management of any issues or potential areas for improvement. They will help ensure the accuracy of inventory including but not limited to; all deliveries, both count and labeling accuracy, our menus both in store and electronically, the input and accuracy of product details in our POS and METRC, and the accuracy of product test and batch information and CoA organization. They are also responsible for maintaining the high standard of cleanliness, safety, and compliance that our retail facilities require. Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
</li>

Support Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish the following objectives:
<ul>
<li>
Support store talent acquisition and talent development; including but not limited to direct recruiting, partnership with Recruiting Department, training new team members and ongoing development plans for store associates.
</li>
<li>
Building strong partnership with Clinical services.
</li>
<li>
Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure all staff members are achieving desired goals.
</li>
<li>
Communicates effectively and builds a strong partnership with the Support Center and Human Resources
</li>
<li>
Ensure proper lab production so that “Now Service” and “Ready When Promised” are achieved.
</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
</li>
<li>
Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
</li>
<li>
Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.

<li>
Other duties as assigned and required.

Key Qualifications
