The Program/Facilities Manager serves as a key member of the Departments management team. This position is responsible for the management of the Community Center and recreation programs, including the planning, promotion, organization, and administration of the public recreation services offered by the Department. Responsible for meticulously organizing and managing all client data and legal documents obtained during litigation proceedings. Requires exceptional organizational skills and strong communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, categorize and arrange files, and correctly store information in the Case Management System (Litify) and the Server. Responsibilities:

<li>Communicate effectively with client(s) during the transition from prelitigation to litigation with empathy and patience</li>
<li>Client communication once a month</li>
<li>Enter all client information in Litify and all Roles pursuant to firm processes/procedures</li>
