Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor the use and misuse of prescription medications and illicit drugs. The testing is used by healthcare professionals to obtain objective information about patients’ recent use of prescription medications and/or illicit drugs and helps monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans.
The Lab Services Field Supervisor (LFS) is responsible for all aspects of the company’s field-based specimen collection operation including staffing, training, compliance, and productivity, including the supervision of subordinate Lab Services staff covering a specific region. Ensures all Lab Services staff provide prompt, courteous, and reliable service to clients, patients, and colleagues. 
<ul>
<li>Recruit, hire, manage, and develop field-based Lab Services staff to meet the needs of the company, customers, and patients in accordance with defined standards and practices.</li>
<li>Manage daily operational hours (scheduled vs. actual) of Lab Service staff and coach or issue corrective action for any identified timekeeping or attendance concerns.</li>
<li>Ensure there is adequate Lab Services staff coverage to support the needs of the customer for scheduled and unscheduled absences. </li>
<li>Conduct ongoing employee performance and behavior assessments and deliver appropriate training, retraining, coaching, check-ins, preventive and corrective actions, and terminations.</li>
<li>Partner with recruiting team to interview and onboard suitable candidates in a timely and efficient manner to provide LSA support to the customer as needed. </li>
<li>Ensure adherence to all compliance guidelines, company policy and procedures managing corrective action as needed, in partnership with Leadership, HR and the contingent workforce payrolling company.</li>
<li>Create and organize Lab Services workflows to comply with all compliance guidelines and company policies, ensuring employees understand their duties and permitted scope of work. </li>
<li>Maintain all compliance documentation and conduct quarterly audits to ensure consistency and adherence to compliance regulations.</li>
<li>Work closely with Sales team to identify and address customer issues promptly and effectively.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve Lab Services staff retention, reduce turnover and improve morale of team.</li>
<li>Provide coverage for specimen collection, as needed in practices when workers are absent. </li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service while acting as a representative of Millennium Health and serve as an intermediary between the practice /customer and the laboratory, while maintaining a safe and professional environment for patients and customers.</li>

Requirements

<li>Associate’s degree in related field highly preferred, or equivalent work experience </li>
</ul>

<li>2 or more years’ experience supervising a team of 15+ </li>

HIRING A PLUMBING ENGINEER - HEALTHCARE IN HOUSTON
ACCOUNTABILITY
Resolve day-to-day technical problems and perform design duties as a team leader on projects, while working with other designers and BIM design staff to deliver a quality product on schedule. Interacts with other designers and clients as authorized by Project Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
<ul>
<li>Review and sealing drawings prepared by self and/or other drawings prepared by under own direct supervision.</li>
<li>Attend construction meetings and produce site observation reports when required.</li>
<li>Act as the primary designer on a project. Shall include all phases of a project from kick-off to completion of construction.</li>
<li>Coordinate all design aspects with other disciplines.</li>
<li>Provide schematic design information to Project Manager or senior-level design staff such as preliminary calculations, design distribution, equipment sizing, and providing cut sheets of all equipment proposed.</li>
<li>Make calculations using engineering formulas and software for design.</li>
<li>Research and select equipment based on experience and fill out schedules.</li>
