ABOUT THE ROLE
Zone Director will be responsible for daily oversight and performance of a sales region within S&amp;S Activewear, reporting to the current Region VP. He or She will own the P&amp;L performance of the zone, directing all resources within the zone to sell products and services through effective performance management, account coverage, coaching, career development, and mentorship. The Zone Director will directly manage a group of approximately 15 Outside Reps, Account Managers and Inside Reps in the zone to ensure maximum productivity and effective performance. Overall, the Zone Director is responsible for delivery of performance for their complete geography, regardless of called on vs. unassigned status of accounts within the geography.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

<li>Manage P&amp;L for entire zone, which includes approximately 1300 assigned customers, plus 5-10000 unassigned, in each zone geography.</li>
<li>Directly oversee and performance manage all Inside Reps, Outside Reps, and Account Managers in the zone</li>
<li>Own a set of Key Account calls/customers and fill in account calls for open territories and rep vacation/leave.</li>
<li>Manage account flows across BD, Inside, Outside and account management within zone to most effectively grow the business.</li>
<li>Devote additional time coaching underperforming reps </li>
<li>Share feedback and needs related to AMs and Inside Reps to COE</li>

About The Role:

Associate Director, Clinical Trial Operations - remote

<h3>Job Description</h3>
Job DescriptionSummary: The Community Resources Manager is responsible for the operational success of 360 Communities emergency services programs: food support and eviction prevention. The Manager will ensure seamless team management and development, program delivery and impact, and evaluation and improvement. The Community Resources Manager, in partnership with the Director of Programs and Operations, will lead the Community Resources impact area to achieve outcomes and establish vision for Community Resources emergency services programs. This is a full-time exempt position, working primarily on-site at the Burnsville office location. Position does require regular travel within Dakota county including, but not limited to, other Resource Center and partner site food shelf locations. 3-4 years related work experience required. 2-3 years related supervisor and program management experience required. Bachelor’s degree required, but experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<ol>
<li>Demonstrate commitment to the agency’s mission statement and core values at all times. The mission statement is “360 Communities delivers safety and stability that improves lives.”</li>
<li>Partner with the Director of Programs and Operations to represent 360 Communities with external community groups. Raise awareness regarding the needs of those impacted by programs and cultivate community relationships to increase involvement and resources. </li>
<li>Partner with the Director of Programs and Operations to develop and lead Community Resources program strategies and vision. Identify un-met community needs, new service delivery strategies and community challenges. Research and evaluate client needs and determine appropriate service response.</li>

<li>Manage program aspects and grants effectively within budget in collaboration with the Director of Programs and Operations and the Director of Finance and Administration, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.</li>
<li>Develop objective performance measurements to ensure consistent, high-quality evaluation and goal setting for staff.</li>
<li>Instill a sense of accountability among team members by modeling oversight of individual and organization performance standards.</li>
<li>Evaluate the skill, experience, and professional development needs of staff and partner with other leaders to implement professional development initiatives.</li>
<li>Partner with the Director of Human Resources to recruit, hire, and guide training and orientation of program staff.</li>
<li>Work with Volunteer Manager to engage, equip and retain volunteers as it relates to Community Resources programs and ensure seamless communication across food shelf sites to hold accountability and integrity to the 360 Communities core values</li>
<li>Oversee five food shelf sites, including three volunteer led partner food shelf sites, support lead volunteers and maintain relationships with key faith community partners.</li>
<li>Oversee the Housing Intervention and Support Services Supervisor as it relates to the eviction court clinic team, financial assistance and relationship with Dakota County.</li>
<li>Provide effective and inspiring leadership with a focus on increasing Community Resources program impact and outcomes across all programs and services. Work with Program Managers and Supervisors in other impact areas to collaborate and assist in cross training staff. </li>
<li>Review and analyze reports to determine progress and potential issues. Devise mitigation plans as necessary in partnership with the Director of Programs and Operations.</li>
<li>Ensure programs are holistic, culturally appropriate, consumer centric, and accessible.</li>

<li>Provide regular one to one supervision time with staff.</li>
<li>Work with the Director of Programs and Operations to identify, establish and maintain community partnerships that assist in carrying out the vision and services of Community Resources programs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with professional standards in areas of ethics, confidentiality and boundaries. Uphold 360 Communities safety and security procedures. </li>
<li>Demonstrate commitment to work with diverse populations. Support staff in continuing to learn and grow in their cultural competency. Build equitable services and access.</li>
<li>Participate in the development, coordination, and implementation of community building events.</li>
<li>Plan and lead program team meetings, Food Shelf Leadership meetings, participate in extended leadership meetings, trainings and all-staff events.</li>
<li>Participate in County workgroups such as the Affordable Housing Coalition, FHPAP Workgroup and Dakota County Housing Clinic workgroup. </li>
<li>Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed or delegated.</li>

Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Supervise the Food Shelf Coordinators, Partner Food Shelf Site Leads, Housing Intervention and Support Services Supervisor and Burnsville Receptionist positions</li>
<li>Responsible for directing, motivating, developing, evaluating and reviewing staff performance.</li>
<li>Managing staff, preparing work schedules, and assigning projects and duties.</li>
<li>Monitoring and controlling resources used by staff.</li>
<li>Interview and train new employees and food shelf leads, or oversee those personnel processes.</li>

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
<ul>
<li>3-4 years related work experience required. 2-3 years related supervisor and program management experience required. Bachelor’s degree required, but experience in lieu of degree will be considered.</li>
<li>Experience working with a collaborative and constructive peer group. </li>
<li>Experience hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams, empowering them to elevate their levels of responsibility and performance. </li>
<li>Working knowledge of human resources; professional development plans, performance evaluations, performance improvement plans, and corrective action policies. </li>
<li>Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and use of database systems.</li>

<li>Office location is at Burnsville Resource Center however when working remotely, employee is responsible for ensuring reliable internet connection. Organization does not provide the cost for remote internet service.</li>
