Position Overview:
Project Manager/CM is responsible for all activities from RFP/RFQ opportunity evaluation through and including completion of construction. Typical projects are suburban schools and municipal buildings. The Project Manager/CM works with other F.H. Paschen resources to prepare and submit proposals and follow through with project engineers and superintendents to deliver the projects.

Requirements

<li>B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering and minimum 5 years of construction experience.</li>
<li>Experience in K-12 education, municipal, and suburban markets is preferred.</li>
<li>Well versed in various procurement processes, including CM@Risk and design-bid build</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.</li>
<li>Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management.</li>
<li>Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary.</li>

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

<li>Assists Crisis Services Associate Director in training new crisis staff, orients new staff to Crisis Services. Trains staff on an ongoing basis. </li>

WORKING CONDITIONS

<li>Assist in the hiring and development of high-level inspection staff</li>
<li>Forecast monthly billing projections for assigned projects</li>
<li>Approve timesheets and expense reports, approve monthly billing invoices, and provide annual performance evaluations for assigned staff to aid in their professional development</li>
<li>Perform daily oversight and management of assigned construction projects</li>
<li>Provide thorough and accurate project documentation in a timely manner consistent with client and company expectations</li>
<li>Promote safety on all assigned projects</li>
<li>Lead project progress meetings with contractors, designers, client/owner representatives, and project stakeholders</li>
<li>Proactively advance construction projects to successful delivery with a continuous focus and emphasis on project budget, schedule, quality, and safety</li>

<li>Prioritize and represent the client/owner best interests</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience working on INDOT transportation projects with 5+ years in administering and overseeing DOT transportation construction contracts in a role of Project Engineer or Project Manager</li>
<li>Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program</li>
<li>Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana</li>
<li>Strong understanding of INDOT Standard Specifications, Standard Drawings, construction material sampling/testing procedures, and general construction contract oversight and inspection procedures</li>
<li>Strong understanding of quality transportation construction practices in embankment construction, drainage structure installation, subgrade construction, asphalt and concrete pavement construction, BMPs for stormwater management and environmental compliance, structure foundation construction, bridge construction, and maintenance of traffic installations</li>
<li>Proficient in use of SiteManager in diary, daily work record, and material record development</li>
<li>Proficient in project documentation and final construction record development</li>
<li>Effective problem solver, decision maker, and staff manager</li>
<li>Strong ability to professionally communicate, both verbal and written, with construction contractors, clients/owners, and project stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to work extended hours and varying work schedules as project assignments dictate</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Direct, manage and administer the coordination and service delivery components of programs that service individuals/consumers in a group home setting</li>
<li>Supervise the delivery of service and ensure individuals and consumers are receiving the highest quality care.</li>
<li>Routinely observe service delivery on-site and monitor for demonstration of knowledge of individual/consumer health needs, behavior management techniques, and emergency procedures</li>

<li>Ensure payroll and billing is completed accurately and timely</li>

<li>Monitor and assure compliance with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial goals to ensure services are provided as indicated in each person’s Individual Program Plan</li>
<li>Coordinate Incident/Accident Review process, monitor for patterns, and provide feedback for action necessary to prevent incidents in future</li>
<li>Serve as member of agency management team</li>
<li>Hire, train, evaluate, and monitorany other assigned personnel complete timely Performance Reviews to ensure employees are productive, accountable, and successful in their positions</li>
<li>Conduct and/or monitor training for all staff in least restrictive techniques, behavior management, active treatment, client rights, prevention of abuse/neglect, documentation/data collection, emergency procedures, and other areas as needed</li>
