HTM's Inside Safe program provides a safe, low-barrier, and supportive 24-hour residence to persons experiencing homelessness. Participants receive shelter, food, and case management services to support their trajectory towards obtaining permanent housing. Working under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Client Services Monitor fulfills the mission of HTM by successfully providing supervision and support to the participants of the Inside Safe Program. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

Allied Universal® is hiring a Sr. Client Account Manager. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and overseeing events at an assigned account. Account managers also build, improve, and maintain relationships with clients and employees, develop and retain staff, and coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account and event operations. Through knowledge of the principles and practices used in successful event management, this position is responsible for show preparation up and through its closeout, while adhering to all applicable policies and procedures. Duties include the provisioning of leadership and direction to subordinate staff, supervisors, and front-line crew members while maintaining the highest levels of employee morale, safety, service, appearance, and performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Supervise the day-to-day event operations and staffing of an assigned client site</li>
<li>Manage a team of event supervisors and event staff including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support, discipline, and terminations</li>

<li>Capably utilize ABI and WinTeam for scheduling and billing, and to produce reports (such as Scheduling Activity, invoice Aging by tiers, Training Summary and Training Detail reports) that require interpretation and action for effective business management</li>
<li>Enforce Allied Universal Event Services policies as outlined in the handbooks, executive memos and on the portal</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:

 The AFL Client Services Manager / Assistant Director plays a crucial leadership role in the Adult Family Living (AFL) Department by working under the Director to ensure compliance with DSS Program requirements and state and federal regulations.
