Job Overview:
This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in April 2025. Interviews will begin in March 2025.
We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li>
<li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li>
<li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications 
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest</li>
<li>3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic</li>
<li>ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve</li>
<li>Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles</li>
<li>Meet or exceed hourly goals</li>
<li>Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes</li>
<li>Professional appearance and strong communication</li>
<li>A desire for long-term career development</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds</li>
<li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head</li>
<li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair</li>
<li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools</li>
<li>Walk/stand for the majority of their workday</li>
<li>Drive manual transmissions vehicles</li>
<li>Efficiently navigate a computer</li>
</ul>

Automotive Technician / Mechanic | Up to $50/Hr & Weekends Off | Edwardsville

About the Role:
The Customer Development Representative (CDR) will partner with CrowdStrike’s Account Management team to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in our customer base. The successful CDR will be measured upon qualified opportunities, as well as other weekly and monthly KPIs. CDRs are enabled and coached to master the intricacies and strategies of the Account Management role. They will conduct multi- threaded outreach strategies that combine direct engagement, nurture campaigns and social selling aimed at booking qualified meetings with decision makers. With the goal of developing into quota-carrying sales professionals in 12-18 months, CDRs will receive world class Sales Readiness training with a heavy focus on Sandler and MEDDPICC methodologies.
This is a hybrid role and requires in-office work three times a week. It will require you to be within commuting distance to our Austin, TX office.

What You’ll Do:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>
Execute targeted outbound campaigns, primarily around CrowdStrike products that are not currently a part of the customer's product portfolio.
</li>
<li>
Partner with Corporate Account Managers to build strategic customer account plans and develop white space strategies.
</li>
<li>
Meet weekly with team members for account mapping sessions and provide updates on new opportunities and pipeline generation activities.
</li>
<li>
Gather and document strategic account intelligence including channel partnerships, tech partnerships, and competitive spend.
</li>
<li>
Follow up with customers from high priority events and marketing-driven inbound activities from customers.
</li>
</ul>
