Role Summary: This role oversees both the sales and operational sides of the business. The right candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue milestones, maintaining high profit margins, increasing customer transaction sizes, and managing team and shop operations.
Compensation Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth &amp; Customer Development:
<ul>
<li>Drive average ticket size &gt; $500; create upsell and bundling strategies</li>
<li>Build outbound sales strategies and repeat customer programs</li>
<li>Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reporting</li>
<li>Track and report average deal size, customer acquisition, and lead sources</li>

Operations Management:

The ideal candidate will work alongside the onsite property management team and be responsible for leading daily operations relating maintenance, safety, inspections, and managing building systems.
 
Your new role

<li>Lead multi-year CapEx planning in-line with long-term corporate leadership goals for the property.</li>
