General Description

<li>10-Hour OSHA training (30-Hour preferred) Lehman Daman will provide the class training through The Builders Exchange of Central Ohio, if needed.</li>
<li>Knowledge of basic technology (email, mobile phones, tablets, digital photos).</li>
<li>Organized, thorough work ethic, analytically and mathematically minded.</li>
<li>Critical thinker and a problem solver.</li>
</ul>

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
<ul>
<li>Three (3) years-minimum experience managing work as a foreman and/or superintendent.</li>
<li>Highschool Diploma or GED required.</li>
</ul>
