Job Summary
As an Environmental Services Operations Manager, you are responsible for assisting EVS leaders in directing and overseeing the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department. You will coordinate the tasks of the front-line staff. You will serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments and provide the highest possible level of service. 
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all Housekeeping staff</li>

The Behavioral Health Administrative Manager of Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use Services plans and coordinates the day-to-day fiscal, administrative, and operational activities of the behavioral health department. Duties include: coordinating and organizing services and schedules, budget management and control, program implementation and administration, internal and external operational/administrative liaison, program marketing, and reporting. The Behavioral Health Department oversees administrative services for our In-Home/ In-Community program, Outpatient/ Intensive Outpatient Services, and our Program’s Dept Facility-Based Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Your Qualifications:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Strong Computer competency.</li>

The ideal candidate would preferably have a background in working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities, while working in a restaurant environment. The Food Service Assistant Manager reports to the Food Service Manager and is responsible in assisting with the overall daily operations of the program and restaurant.

Scope of Position: The Case Manager plays a crucial role in providing supportive services to formerly homeless adults diagnosed with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Working with individuals residing in independent apartments—either in a single-site location or scattered throughout the community—Case Managers assist clients with achieving stability and independence. By building trusting relationships and collaborating with clients, Case Managers help individuals navigate daily challenges, maintain housing, and improve their overall well-being. This role is essential in empowering clients to live independently and successfully reintegrate into their communities.
Essential Position Functions:
<ul>
<li>Provide comprehensive case management services, including benefits assistance, housing application support, and linking clients to primary and behavioral health care resources within the community, as well as housing referrals, to adults diagnosed with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders.</li>
<li>Ensure timely completion of required documentation for each client interaction, in accordance with agency policy, Medicaid, and OMH regulations.</li>

<li>Conduct apartment visits within the community across multiple floors, utilizing stairs, and escort clients through the community using public transportation.</li>
<li>Promptly report any serious incidents, allegations, or sensitive situations to supervisors, and complete incident reports per agency policy.</li>
<li>Ensure the safety of consumers by conducting diligent searches and filing missing person reports when necessary, following established procedures.</li>
<li>Attend required staff meetings, supervision, and training sessions.</li>
<li>Perform any other duties as assigned by management.</li>
