Cashier Responsibilities

<li>Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, our Cashiers are the Guest Service Experts (GSE) that champion better burgers! In this role you will:</li>
<li>Greet guests with a smile! Responsible for welcoming new and repeat guests every visit</li>

<li>Adhere to all active marketing promotions &amp; encourage guests to complete surveys upon each visit</li>

Cashier (GSE) Requirements
<ul>
<li>No experience necessary – we build better skills!&nbsp;Must successfully complete Smashburger training program</li>

<li>Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time &amp; to move and lift boxes of food/ supplies up to 25 lbs.</li>

The Difference You Make: The Sr. Associate, Business Control &amp; Risk Management operates within the First Line of Defense and is accountable to assist the Business Control &amp; Risk Management team in driving effective and consistent business line execution against the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. The incumbent is expected to champion the Business Control mandate as a critical business partner guiding stakeholders to embed risk management practices in the 1st line. The Sr. Associate serves as a subject matter expert by advising and guiding risk initiatives such as risk assessments, KRI/KPI development and monitoring, working with the business line to proactively self-identify issues, and ensure on-time remediation of issues.

Monitor Key Risk, &nbsp;Key Performance, and Control Performance Indicators and report on negative/adverse trends in Business Line. <li>Issue Identification, Management, and Risk Assessment: Support RCSA responsibilities including Metric to Risk and Control Mapping and Heracles data/input. Engage and hold Business Line process owners accountable to identify and assess risks. Support Business Lines in risk identification (e.g. NPBA, change management, etc.) Ensure all issues (Self-Identified, IA, Credit Risk Review or Regulatory) pertaining to the Business Line metrics are resolved within established timelines.  POSITION SUMMARY: The Winter Bike Sales Mechanic is responsible for the overall operation of all maintenance and sale prep duties in the bike shop. This position focuses on Winter Bike sales, Prepping bikes to be sold, Repairs, and conducting parts orders. Other responsibilities include maintenance tracking, maintaining the operational quality of the rental fleet. This mechanic must have strong organizational skills, and the ability to track and maintain our sales line email. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li> Good written and oral communication skills, computer skills and team player attitude required. Duties include daily opening and closing of location (village mechanic shop), bike maintenance, parts ordering and inventory control. </li>
