We’re hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot to provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This pilot will be qualified to fly our King Air C90 aircraft. Scheduled shifts run 14/21 and service day or night trips. Safety is a key pillar of our services; therefore, all of our pilots work on a quality, professional team that are committed to high safety standards for the crew and our customers.&nbsp;

Responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Pilot will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and company requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Effectively communicate and collaborate with both air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide shift change info to transitioning pilot and team, and follows protocols for recording company change board details.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Pilots are accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing ground and air training.&nbsp;</li>

90 Days at Flock
We are a results-oriented culture and believe job descriptions are a thing of the past. We prescribe to 90 day plans and believe that good days, lead to good weeks, which lead to good months. This serves as a preview of the 90 day plan you will receive if you were to be hired as a UAS Test Pilot Flock Safety.
The First 30 Days

 You are onboarded, trained and ready to fly DFR as the Remote Pilot in Command from the Riverside, CA warehouse location
</li>
</ul>
The First 60 Days
<ul>
<li>
At the end of 60 Days, you should have a clear understanding of DFR and show complete competence in setting up the dock for demo where you are the sole RPIC
</li>
<li>
You will be competent in setting up in-person fly days at customer locations and proficient with establishing the proper connectivity for the hardware and software, and managing the airspace and obstacles in the area
</li>
<li>
You will be competent in troubleshooting all things related to the dock, controllers, internet issues and radio frequency connectivity problems
</li>
</ul>
90 Days &amp; Beyond
<ul>
<li>
At the end of 90 Days, you are rolling. You are confident with DFR, the dock and RPIC operations.
</li>
<li>
You can train new RPICs on the dock, setup procedures, troubleshooting and demo protocols
</li>
<li>
You are ready to deploy to the next demo site or can be requested to go with the deployment teams to set up a new agency and be their RPIC while we await the FAA waivers.
</li>

Salary &amp; Equity
In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $70,000-$85,000 as well as stock options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.

The Rotor Wing Pilot is responsible for professionally and safely operating aircraft for LFN to facilitate care of critically ill and/or injured patients.
