The Position:
The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for specifically assigned patients to include assessments, care planning, evaluation and education of patients receiving infusion therapy and/or other nursing services in accordance with the care matrices and best practices in the home or alternate site setting. What You’ll Do:
As a PAS Case Manager, you’ll oversee and coordinate services across multiple home care programs, ensuring clients receive the care they need while supporting staff and maintaining compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
· Supervising Personal Assistance Services (PAS) and Community Care Program staff
· Coordinating billing, scheduling, and staff communication
· Conducting supervisory visits and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
· Communicating with state and MCO caseworkers regarding client needs and service updates
· Ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting staff training and development
· Assisting with budget planning, hiring efforts, and quality assurance
· Participating in case conferences, meetings, and in-services
· Traveling to client homes and community activities as needed
✅ What You Bring:
· 2+ years of supervisory experience or 2 years of college coursework
· PAS program management experience preferred
· Strong knowledge of home care rules and regulations
· Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
· Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

The Role
We're looking for a passionate and empathetic nursing professional to join us as a Clinical Instructor. This is a Part-Time opportunity based in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll help prepare students to become Home Health Aides (HHAs) and equip them with all the necessary skills and tools to best take care of others.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Create and implement skill training classes. You will play a key role in designing the structure for our clinical sessions and implementing the plan with students once they complete the online portion of their training.</li>
<li>Collaborate with CNA students. You'll accompany and support students as they complete their in-person component of training in long-term care facilities.</li>
<li>Brainstorm and execute on additional learning modules. You will collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement additional modules aimed at enhancing our students' skills and medical knowledge.</li>

The Requirements:

<li>A valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania</li>
<li>Must have at least 1+ years of home health experience </li>
<li>Possess a completed course in adult education, documented experience teaching adults, or at least one year of experience supervising nurse aides</li>
<li>Valid Driver's License in the state of Pennsylvania</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Availability to work some weekends</li>
<li>Fluent in Spanish and English with the ability to translate, interpret, and communicate effectively in both languages preferred </li>
