An Overview of the Head Coach Role
We are currently searching for a Head Coach (HC) with over two years of management experience. The position of Head Coach (HC) is the studio’s team leader in all manners of fitness. Alongside the Sales Manager, the Head Coach is responsible for driving all areas of the business with a special focus on growing the culture, community, and process of the fitness side of operations. The Head Coach will report to the Studio Manager.
The Head Coach (HC) is responsible for leading the fitness team, providing education, and providing daily direction and development. Head Coaches ensure a consistent experience for F45 members by focusing on customer service, fitness leadership, and member sales and retention in partnership with Sales Manager. Candidates should possess strong communication, administrative, leadership, and customer service skills. As a Head Coach (HC), you will be responsible for assisting with member retention and satisfaction, developing a strong team of fitness coaches, and serving as a primary resource for all matters related to F45 within the studio. The Cath Lab Services Cardiovascular tech will perform the following duties:
 Prepares the suite in a timely manner by ensuring the cleanliness of the suite, fresh linens, setting up sterile procedure trays with proper equipment for the designated exam. Ensures equipment is working properly.
 Enables the patient to be moved safely onto the procedure table and prepares the patients procedure site according to proper aseptic or sterile technique, making sure the site is clear of obstruction that hinders radiologic imaging.
 Assists Cardiologists with diagnostic heart catheterization, and peripheral vascular intervention procedures in the role of sterile scrub assistant who anticipates the needs of the physician to complete the exam.
 Achieves and maintains hemostasis of an arterial or venous puncture site post-procedure. Reports the presence of a stable hematoma to the physician and monitoring nurse. Recognizes and immediately reports the need for assistance from the physician in case of an abnormal hemostasis emergency.
 Operates angiographic equipment and modifies its parameters as necessary to properly visualize, record, and guide Cardiologists placement of needles, wires, catheters, balloons, stents.
 Operates physiologic/hemodynamic monitoring computers during cardiac catheterization. Records and announces intra-cardiac pressures and cardiac rhythms to physicians during the procedure.
 Administers contrast media via IV cannula, arterial access catheter, venous access catheter or drainage catheter per Cardiologists order and monitors patient response to contrast.
Risk Management
 Standards – Assures patient safety and minimizes risk liability.
 Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
 Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with hospital policies/procedures.

<li>Understand the patient-centered medical home (PCMH) model, utilizing specialist care only when necessary and not as a substitute for a skilled primary care physician.</li>
<li>Educate patients about chronic disease progression and the importance of advanced directives when applicable.</li>
<li>Practice evidence-based medicine in alignment with the PCMH model.</li>

Candidate Qualifications:

<li>Licensed physician in the relevant state.</li>
<li>Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.</li>
<li>BLS certification is mandatory.</li>
<li>DEA registration.</li>
<li>Passionate about serving underserved populations.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively without ego, fostering successful relationships with team members and partners.</li>
<li>Experience working within a multidisciplinary team with ongoing collaboration across provider teams.</li>
<li>Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR).</li>

Working Conditions:
 This role is performed in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment. The position may require wearing specific uniforms, such as lab coats or scrubs, and using protective gear like gloves and masks. Daily exposure to patient illnesses and infections is expected, and there may be shared workspace with other staff members.
