Your Role:

<li>Provide personal care services like bathing, grooming, dressing</li>
<li>Assist with meal preparation, medication, light housekeeping</li>
<li>Monitor and document changes in condition</li>
<li>Accompany clients to medical appointments</li>
<li>Transport clients for errands and social engagements</li>
<li>Provide companionship, safety supervision</li>
<li>Enable clients to remain independent in their homes</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Must be a CHHA or CNA with a valid certification through the state of Oklahoma</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Pass state required background check</li>
<li>CPR certification</li>
<li>Negative TB test within the last 12 months</li>
<li>Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 50 pounds</li>
<li>Proven experience in personal care and/or home care</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Compassionate and caring demeanor</li>
