What you’ll do

<li>Deliver on our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients through resolving client requests and concerns efficiently, finding new ways to solve problems that may arise, and communicating proactively with clients.</li>
<li>Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.</li>
<li>Explain valet rates to customers. </li>
<li>Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.</li>
<li>Report all accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management.</li>
<li>Know the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure customers have a seamless transportation experience.</li>
<li>Come to work in your clean uniform every scheduled shift, on time, and ready to work.</li>
<li>Remain in complete uniform for the entirety of your shift. </li>

Qualifications
What you need

<li>A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record. </li>
<li>The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.</li>
<li>Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends).</li>
<li>Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).</li>
<li>The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.</li>
<li>The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.</li>
<li>The ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events while working.</li>

SUMMARY:
Overall responsibility/accountability for all aspects of parking customer vehicles in parking lot, garage or facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include but are not limited to the following, as additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

<li>Provide a courteous and professional relationship with all customers, vendors, co-workers and managers. “Treat others as you would want to be treated.”</li>
<li>Provide own transportation at own cost and expense, including, but not limited to fuel, maintenance, repairs and insurance</li>
<li>Properly collect, record, and deposit in the bank all monies received in the day of each shift, if applicable, ensuring that bank deposit bags are secure and not visible inside the booth</li>
<li>May perform data entry, using electronic devices</li>
<li>Drive, park, and/or retrieve customer’s vehicles upon arrival and departure</li>
<li>Accurately complete all required paperwork for each shift</li>
<li>Maintain a clean booth, station, or location, ensuring that trash and debris are cleared from the location throughout the day</li>
<li>Report any potholes, missing or broken signage, or other hazards to supervisor</li>
<li>Report any vehicles meeting impound criteria to supervisor</li>
<li>Conduct a visual check of vehicles, looking for such things as dents, scratches, damage, broken lights, windows, and record the existing damage on customer’s claim ticket</li>
<li>Patrols area to prevent thefts from parked automobiles</li>
<li>Immediately report any damages incurred, and any claims of damage incurred reported by customer to their vehicle, and/or complete an incident report</li>
<li>Accurately clock in/out at scheduled work times, using the time card or Source Time</li>
<li>Accurate completion and submission of time cards at end of your last shift before the pay period end</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance at all times. While on the job, wear the designated uniform, if required, and display identification badge</li>
<li>Regular, consistent attendance during scheduled work hours and the ability to work overtime if requested</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
To successfully perform this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. Salary: We maintain broad salary ranges for our roles in order to account for variations in experience, training skills, geographic location, and market conditions, as well as to reflect our differing products and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting.
