Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
 
<ul>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries via the web, email, and telephone.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing phone support to customers throughout the shift. </li>
<li>Demonstrate strong customer service skills and interact well with customers.</li>
<li>Maintain positive customer relations by greeting and acknowledging each customer.</li>
<li>Display automotive parts and repair knowledge to adequately assist customers.</li>
<li>Establish and grow relationships with existing clients through excellent service and increased orders.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively and work with other departments and locations to meet customer needs.</li>
<li>Report job issues to the supervisor and work effectively as a team player.</li>
<li>Maintain productivity standards as outlined.</li>
<li>Handle and maintain company equipment responsibly.</li>
<li>Keep your work area clean and organized.</li>
<li>Observe all safety guidelines set forth by NPW.</li>
<li>Additional duties as assigned by manager</li>
</ul>
 
Skills Requirement: 
<ul>
<li>Previous customer service experience preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient in a Windows software environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy on the phone. </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong ability to resolve issues and handle complaints effectively. </li>
<li>Empathy, active listening, and teamwork skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes.</li>
</ul>
 
Physical Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty (20) pounds unassisted.</li>
<li>Occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds unassisted.</li>
<li>Regularly required to read, talk, listen, sit, and stand. </li>
<li>Occasionally required to walk, bend at waist and knees, use hands and reach with arms.</li>
