REQUIREMENTS:

<li>Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably within the transformer or electrical industry.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of transformer design, function, and applications.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and inquiries efficiently.</li>
<li>Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.</li>
<li>Experience working with industrial, renewable, and utility customers is preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with international standards and certifications applicable to transformers is preferred.</li>

Education and Experience Requirements:

<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management from an accredited college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>3 or more years of direct industry experience and strong references required</li>
<li>Professional Engineering (P.E.) license preferred but not required</li>
