 Manage and look-ahead no less than two weeks to proactively identifying issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions.
 Maintain daily paperwork such as field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence.
 Effectively manage job site challenges such as weather conditions or emergencies.
 Obtain all inspections and ensure that the quality aspects of the physical work are fully documented.
 Ensure all aspects of the project are compliant with all contract terms and legal requirements that govern the project and the community in which the project(s) takes place.
 Manage changes in project scope to ensure that the most contemporary contract documents are always being used to prevent avoidable rework.
 Coordinate job related issues with the project management team to find the best solution.
 Ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, and project schedule are maintained throughout assigned projects.
 Maintain an organized and clean job site.

The Mechanical Construction Supervisor will oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, piping, boilers, and industrial machinery.
The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 5 to 7 years of mechanical experience, preferably with wind turbine systems.
Mechanical Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

<li>Perform inspections of mechanical installations throughout various stages, including tower sections, yaw systems, pitch mechanisms, and rotor assemblies.</li>
<li>Verify correct application of torquing and tensioning procedures per OEM and project standards.</li>
