SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:The Addiction Counselor will provide therapeutic services to clients at three residential treatment program locations, ensuring high-quality care in alignment with program goals. The counselor will be responsible for conducting one 45-60-minute session per day at each location and collaborating with supervisors and program directors to optimize client outcomes.
This position requires the counselor to adhere to a structured weekly schedule, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in supervisory and operational check-ins.

SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The School-Based Mental Health Counselor is a W-2 employee responsible for delivering direct mental health services to middle school students within The Seed School. The counselor will work on-site at one to five assigned school locations, following the school calendar, and will provide individual and group counseling, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis support during the school day (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM). This position plays a vital role in supporting student well-being, academic success, and behavioral health stabilization through trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based interventions.
