Currently HGL has a challenging position open for a Proposal Manager III in our Reston, VA office. The Proposal Manager III can work a hybrid schedule. 

The successful candidate will be a valuable part of our dynamic Business Development team whose mission is to lead HGL’s continued growth and diversification. The Proposal Manager II will routinely work with Practice Leaders, Program Managers, Capture Managers, and other Proposal Managers to provide critical support to the development of compelling, high quality, winning proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFP). The ideal candidate: 
<ul>
<li>Holds Standard teaching certification in History/Social Studies </li>
<li>Has a strong knowledge base and execution of best practices in Writing</li>
<li>Understands and applies the NJSS ELA Companion Standards for History, Social Studies, Science and Technical Subjects to integrate reading and writing into content area instruction</li>
<li>Understands and applies effective strategies for intervention and differentiation in the classroom, including serving English language learners and students with individualized education plans (IEPs)</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Candidates must hold or plan to pursue the New Jersey Department of Education certifications necessary to teach High School.
