Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our compounding team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in both sterile and non-sterile environments, with a strong commitment to accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to regulatory standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications according to prescription orders, standard operating procedures and Montana and federal law.</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation in compliance with USP &lt;795&gt;, &lt;797&gt;, and &lt;800&gt; regulations.</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness and aseptic conditions in sterile compounding areas (cleanroom, laminar flow hoods).</li>
<li>Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients using calibrated equipment.</li>
<li>Package and label finished products with a high degree of precision.</li>
<li>Assist in inventory control, ordering, and restocking of compounding supplies.</li>
<li>Support pharmacists in daily operations and uphold a high standard of patient care and safety.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Montana Pharmacy Technician License in good standing (or ability to obtain before start date).</li>
<li>National certification (CPhT).</li>
<li>Previous experience in compounding (sterile and/or non-sterile) highly preferred.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to aseptic technique.</li>
<li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.</li>
