Follows the chain of command.</li>
<li>Documents in a concise, pertinent, and legible manner, on the appropriate form and according to accepted standards. Nursing care is provided in an organized, timely, safe, cost effective manner.</li>

Instruct patients and families on topics such as health education, disease prevention, and develops individualized health improvement programs helping patients make informed decisions about their health and treatment. The Position: Registered Nurse ~ Emergency Room
Employment Status: Full Time ~ Night Shift
Hours per two-week pay-period: 72
Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Provide care to acutely and critically ill patients</li>
<li>Perform complex patient assessments.</li>
<li>Coordinate care among interprofessional health care team</li>
<li>Work as both Charge and Second Nurse on varying shifts</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Graduate from an accredited school of nursing</li>
<li>Emergency Room experience preferred</li>
</ul>
Certifications and Licenses:
<ul>
<li>Current Montana License as a Registered Nurse</li>
<li>BLS</li>
<li>ACLS, PALS, and TNCC preferred.</li>
</ul>
Position Summary:
Sidney Health Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our I CARE team in the Emergency Room setting. Essential duties of the position include providing care to acutely and critically ill patients, perform complex patient assessments, and coordinate care among the inter-professional health care team.
