Work Environment
This position is based onsite in a comfortable, air-conditioned office in Stuart, FL, within a collaborative team environment. Training is conducted Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on experience. The role offers a clear career path with the potential to transition to a first-shift schedule upon full-time hire. Work schedules include various shifts with designated days off.  Take full ownership of assigned service requests from start to resolution
 Proactively identify next steps without waiting to be told
 Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and texts
 Accurately document all customer interactions and actions taken in the agency management system
 Follow up on open items, pending carrier actions, and customer requests until completed
 Manage time effectively and stay focused on assigned priorities throughout the day
 Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, cancellations, and reinstatements
 Monitor late payments and cancellation notices and take appropriate action to retain customers
 Cross-sell additional insurance products when appropriate and flag opportunities for sales
 Communicate clearly with insurance carriers to resolve client issues
 Support onboarding of new policies after sale
 Maintain professionalism and accountability in all customer interactions
 Requirements 
 
 Active Texas Property &amp; Casualty insurance license (required)
 Ability to work independently and recognize what needs to be done without constant direction
