Responsibilities:

<li>Perform framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry on residential remodeling projects.</li>
<li>Support the Lead Carpenter in daily site operations, setup, and coordination.</li>
<li>Assist with material takeoffs, ordering, and inventory management to ensure workflow continuity.</li>
<li>Perform minor exterior repairs, including siding patches, exterior trim, windows, doors, and small roof repairs as needed.</li>
<li>Participate in daily jobsite start-up and close-down procedures, including safety checks and documentation.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.</li>
<li>Mentor and assist less experienced carpenters and apprentices in proper techniques and company standards.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately.</li>
<li>Assist with move-in and project closeout, including punch lists and client transition.</li>
<li>Uphold company safety and quality standards at all times.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of residential carpentry experience, including framing and finish work.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of construction sequencing and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Team-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email).</li>
<li>Experience with JobTread, BuilderTrend, or similar project management software strongly preferred.</li>
<li>OSHA-10 required; RRP and CSL a plus.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and your own tools.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, climb, stoop, and work on your feet for extended periods.</li>

The Carpenter will perform carpentry duties necessary to maintain and repair wooden structures and equipment. These include, but are not limited to, building and repairing bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors, floors, stairs, casings, and trim made of wood. Work Environment
The work environment involves collaborating with teams of 5 to 10 carpenters, under the leadership of an experienced team lead. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. Projects are located in various sites including Shorewood, Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Hudson, and Hastings. Adaptability to perform labor tasks and strong teamwork skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00/hr.
