&nbsp;As a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
<ul>
<li>Provide in-home or&nbsp;clinical-direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care (and nursing scope of practice) while closely monitoring progress/recovery.</li>
<li>Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed (vitals, blood/stool/urine, glucose, etc.)</li>
<li>Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, documenting thoroughly.</li>
<li>Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene.</li>
<li>Assess patients for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc., and deliver appropriate treatments.</li>
<li>Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;To qualify as a Registered Nurse (RN)|LPN with us:
<ul>
<li>Education:&nbsp; An Associate or bachelor’s degree in Nursing</li>
<li>Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in WA state</li>
<li>Current BLS certification</li>
<li>Valid driver's license: ability to travel to patients' homes/clinic</li>
<li>At least one (1) year of experience in nursing</li>
<li>Two (2) positive work references</li>
<li>Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test</li>
<li>Home Health/clinic experience is a plus.</li>
