Work Experience Requirements:

We provide couple’s and family therapy services, Psychiatric Evaluations, and Medication Management Services. We are actively seeking PMHNP independent contractors (1099) in Tucson and the Phoenix Metro area, AZ, to provide telehealth and in-person services to our clinics in Arizona.
 
Role and Responsibilities
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) will:
<ul>
<li>Counsels and educates patients and families about acute and chronic conditions or concerns.</li>
<li>Documents items such as: chief complaint, past medical, family, and social history, review of systems, examinations, medications, allergies, assessment, and plan.</li>
<li>Formulates diagnostic and treatment plans.</li>
<li>Assists with oversight of Therapist’s intakes as applicable based on insurance requirements.</li>
<li>Prescribes and administers medications, therapies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Orders lab and imaging tests to determine and manage an immediate treatment plan and provides advice on follow up.</li>
