*This position is in-office in the city of Inglewood, CA.
Work Schedule: This shift will tend to end around 7:00 pm.We ask that candidates have open availability Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays as well.

As a Dispatcher, you will be the central communication hub between our customers, field technicians, and various areas of the business operations team. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Coordinating Service Requests: Efficiently schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians.</li>
<li>Communication Point: Act as the main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.</li>
<li>Problem-solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Monitor and Adjust Schedules: Monitor schedules closely and make real-time adjustments to optimize operations.</li>
<li>Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and any incidents.</li>
<li>Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary.</li>
<li>Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational demands.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2+ years of dispatching experience. </li>
<li>HVAC industry experience is required.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>
<li>Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus. </li>

About the Role:
<ul>
<li> Arranges schedules and dispatches workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs or for conveyance of materials, freight, or passengers. </li>
<li>Receives telephone and written work orders, and relays work orders, requests, messages, and information to appropriate personnel or departments. </li>
<li>Transmits assignments using radio or telephone. </li>
<li>Arranges for necessary repairs required to restore service and schedules. </li>
<li>Talks with customers or management to address problems or questions regarding requests for service or equipment. </li>
<li>Compiles statistics and daily reports on work progress. </li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>2 - 4 years of experience in a fast-paced multi-task environment.</li>
<li>Will possess excellent verbal/written communication skills</li>
<li>The ability to work well under pressure</li>
<li>Have experience in shipping and truck loading and</li>
<li>Have strong data entry and computer skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of DOT regulations are also required.</li>
