Position Details
Title: Pediatric Audiologist
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Travel: Training in Corpus Christi, TX

As part of the Driscoll family, you will provide life-changing care to children by diagnosing and treating hearing disorders. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and play a vital role in supporting the auditory health of South Texas’ youngest residents.
 
Essential Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Perform behavioral evaluations, including VRA, play, and conventional audiometry.</li>
<li>Administer ABRs in inpatient and outpatient settings (Natural Sleep, Sedation, Anesthesia)</li>
<li>Dispense and manage amplification devices including hearing aids, bone conduction hearing devices, and cochlear implants.</li>
<li>Support ENT clinic and other specialty clinics</li>
<li>Provide education to families and other professionals</li>
<li>Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with the newborn hearing screening program requirements.</li>
<li>Actively participate in team meetings, process improvement initiatives, and community outreach.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree or doctoral degree (Au.D. or Ph.D.) in Audiology.</li>
<li>Current Texas Licensure as an Audiologist.</li>
<li>Pediatric experience, Cochlear implant experience and ENT clinic exposure, is highly preferred.</li>
<li>CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).</li>
<li>Strong flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic environment.</li>

Position Summary The Strategic Deployment Clinician is part of the Strategic Deployment &amp; Engagement Team, working with the Regional Director of Clinical Operations &amp; Engagement (RDCOE) and the Business Development Team to engage with new facilities. This role provides support for new growth, fills urgent care gaps, and supports clinicians across multiple regions. This position serves as the clinical catalyst in launching new partnerships and ensuring a smooth transition between care teams.

Position: Specialist (HIS or AuD)
Sign-On Bonus: Candidates hired for our Overland Park, KS Lucid Hearing Center location are eligible for an exclusive&nbsp;$10,000 sign-on bonus. Must hold an active Kansas license as a Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist to qualify.

Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist Ideal Candidate:

What YOU will be doing as a hearing instrument specialist:
<ul>
<li>Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen</li>
<li>Analyze test findings and make recommendations based off the customers hearing loss</li>
<li>Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions</li>
<li>Educate patients in how to use and maintain the hearing aid devices, provide demonstrations and information</li>
<li>Make follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing device</li>
</ul>
Hearing Specialist / Audiologist Qualifications:
We are looking for a hearing specialist near Overland Park, KS with the following qualifications:

<li>Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and / or an Audiologist</li>
<li>Motivated by helping people hear better</li>
<li>Ambitious with a sales attitude</li>
