Position Summary: The Sr. Robotics Training Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality advanced technical training to strengthen UxS deployment capabilities. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Deliver technical training programs for Operations personnel, ensuring proficiency in drone assembly, programming, tuning, and advanced flight. Track and record attendance for all trainings. Assess skill and knowledge transfer and report to results to stakeholders as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in the development of hands-on training exercises, work instructions, and assessments to reinforce key concepts. Collaborate closely with Technical Writers in the development of training content to ensure materials align with operational needs and best practices.</li>
