Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Administer medications, treatments, and inoculations according to physician orders and within scope</li>
<li>Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and provide comfort care in accordance with each patient’s care plan</li>
<li>Document assessments, care activities, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the patient record</li>
<li>Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain individualized patient care plans</li>
<li>Conduct routine patient screenings and assessments, such as TB screening</li>
<li>Demonstrate compassion and patience when working with patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility</li>
</ul>
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Details:

<li>Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) focused on providing high-quality long-term and short-term patient care</li>
<li>Location: Bellevue, WA</li>
<li>Contract Type: Per Diem (flexible shifts)</li>
<li>Shift Schedule: Night shifts available, with options for additional shifts</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Education: Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent required</li>
<li>Licensure: Current unrestricted LPN license in WA state</li>
<li>Certification: Current BLS certification required</li>
<li>Experience: SNF or long-term care experience preferred</li>
<li>Two positive work references</li>
<li>Must pass background check and drug screening</li>
<li>Ability to work in a smoke-free, drug-free environment; non-smoker preferred</li>
