We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, temporary Director of Nursing contract at a St. Cloud facility. This role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours. <li>Provide leadership, manage compliance, and support team development</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and aides</li>
<li>Monitor patient conditions, review orders, and administer care</li>
</ul>
<h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>Active RN license in Minnesota</li>
<li>At least one year of experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Or Director of Nursing (DON)</li>
<li>Familiarity with federal and state survey processes</li>
<li>Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills</li>
<li>CPR certification and knowledge of healthcare regulations</li>
