Our Distribution Manager is responsible for effectively leading the distribution center team to meet monthly and quarterly shipping goals as well as on-time performance metrics.  What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>5–7 years of progressive experience in warehouse or distribution operations, including leadership of hourly teams.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanning, and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).</li>
<li>Valid forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification prior to or shortly after hire.</li>
<li>Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen is strongly preferred. Certification (e.g., Six Sigma Green or Black Belt) is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution; formal training in these areas is a plus.</li>
<li>Union experience is helpful but not required.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with third-party payroll systems is beneficial.</li>
<li>Exposure to best practices in inventory control and small parcel processing is a plus.</li>

This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around Groveport, OH and able to work 2nd shift Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm 
 
 
The Role: 
Reporting to the Site Director of Operations, the Operations Manager is a key leadership role in our growing 3PL operation which includes E-commerce and Wholesale customers. Key responsibilities will be to manage a multi-client operation to include DTC.. This position will oversee supervisors in a 2.2 million sq feet facility.
 
You will be responsible to develop, support, and maintain the resources and processes necessary to efficiently manage and improve DC operations, including picking, packing, shipping, inbound receiving, and consolidation operations. The ability to motivate a performance driven team and be customer service driven, is a must.
 
Exciting new opportunity for a true results oriented, creative, motivational senior leader. This position will be responsible for a large component of the operations within our Groveport, OH Third Party Logistics building servicing multiple clients in a Distribution Center.
 
What You’ll Do:

<li>Consistently review operations and recommend and implement improvements as cleared by upper management.</li>
<li>Give directions for shift operational flow, flex resources to consistently achieve requirements in all areas at lowest cost.</li>
<li>Direct supervisor staff to maintain proper productive staffing levels per budget and departmental demands, including all interviewing, training and discipline processes and ensure that all departments are correctly staffed and agreed upon daily.</li>
<li>Drive efficiency in operations by continuously improving current processes and practices.</li>
<li>Develop, support and maintain the resources and processes necessary to efficiently manage and improve DC operations.</li>
<li>Maintain an atmosphere that fosters teamwork, effective communications, clear and fair metrics, consistent policy administration and great customer service.</li>
<li>Create and maintain departmental spreadsheets of performance, cost per piece and accuracy.</li>

Physical Work Environment:
