Job Description
This is a remote role with preferred locations in the vicinity of Tysons, Virginia, Richmond, Virginia, or Plano, Texas. The position requires working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time. 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.</li>
<li>Handle and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.</li>
<li>Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.</li>
<li>Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.</li>
<li>Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.</li>
<li>Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.</li>
<li>Assess the validity of complaints by obtaining and examining all relevant information.</li>
<li>Solicit the sale of new or additional services or products.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>Proficiency with Google Platform and Google Suite is mandatory.</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li>
<li>Proficiency in documenting and recording customer/client information accurately.</li>
