How you will make an impact:&nbsp; Serving individuals in their private homes is an honor and pleasure.&nbsp; You will have the ability to connect with older adults one-on-one embracing a person-centered approach, treating every individual with unwavering dignity.&nbsp; You may be assisting a senior with daily personal needs such as meal preparation, housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, medication reminders, and personal cares.&nbsp; We know that you will find ways to bring smiles to the faces of those you serve.&nbsp; Schedule Varies: (8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, overnight shifts and live in shifts available) Please note, this position is on call and based in a client's private residence within 12 miles of central Arlington Heights
What you will need:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Active Illinois CNA certification is preferred but not required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Valid Driver's license preferred to transport client&nbsp;using client&nbsp;car</li>
<li>Past experience in caregiving with older adults and seniors required</li>
<li>Must be able to read, speak write and understand the English language</li>
<li>Must be able to full transfer assist residents</li>
