The Role
<ul>
<li>Daily field visits to ensure projects are following safety, quality control and productivity standards</li>
<li>Drive projects through systems for final development and budgeting</li>
<li>Assists with defining labor and material needs, permitting requirements/needs, infrastructure nodes and plant connection points, locate services and city/county/state requirements and restrictions</li>
<li>Define projects from job definitions, network integration needs and connection points</li>
<li>Manage overall path planning review, including site pictures, node integration and area resources including buildings, ground, and aerial assets</li>
<li>Support Quality Control functions; onsite quality control checks, job hazard analysis, safety audits etc.</li>
<li>Participate in the development of “Project Packets”</li>
<li>Project development for new proposed projects</li>
<li>Manage multiple stages of projects, keeping systems and records updated</li>
<li>Network and asset knowledge and planning to include aerial and underground assets and network inventory knowledge</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer experience every day</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>3-5 years of experience working with fiber optic cabling - running, blowing and splicing required</li>
<li>Prior experience with aerial and underground telecommunications construction and network operations regarding fiber and coax architecture required</li>
<li>Prior experience managing subcontractor partners is a plus</li>
<li>Experience in analytics, economics, budgeting and/or project management preferred</li>
<li>Open to a variety of schedules; evenings and/or weekends as needed</li>
<li>Ability to travel daily; up to 50% travel requiring overnight stays as needed</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for project build process</li>

Our Industrial Construction Site Supervisors work as part of a team to complete the required civil, electrical, and mechanical requirements to bring the system into operation at industrial sites across the country.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Installations Division Manager you will be the point of reference of both site workers and project managers and be a key person in the successful completion of a project.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the industrial installation or industrial maintenance field. Your leadership skills and your extensive experience have earned you the ability to direct the work of others and make quick decisions. You must be well-organized and make safety a priority. This position is paid on an hourly basis and overtime pay will apply. Extensive travel to customer sites is required.
Responsibilities:
