Job Summary: 
The Dispatcher is to manage and coordinate the schedules to ensure full coverage at all times in freight executions with an emphasis on generating maximum revenue in deliveries of commodities and/or manufactured agricultural products to our customer base. The successful Dispatcher will also incorporate the JDH Culture in his/her daily routine while recruiting and dispatching Outside Haulers (OSH) to execute loads as needed.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for service technicians and delivery drivers, facilitating clear and effective communication regarding daily operations.</li>
<li>Activity Coordination: Monitor and reschedule planned activities as necessary, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing service disruptions.</li>
<li>Problem Resolution: Identify and address obstacles or additional requirements that may prevent the fulfillment of customer expectations. Follow up diligently to ensure issues are resolved.</li>
<li>Emergency Prioritization: Assess and prioritize emergency situations that impact internal and external customers, ensuring prompt and effective responses.</li>
<li>Performance Monitoring: Keep track of field operations to provide updates and insights on ongoing activities, enabling better decision-making.</li>
<li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all communications, schedules, and changes to ensure transparency and accountability.</li>

Qualifications:
