The Physician Assistant Program is a graduate program housed within the School of Human and Health Professions, which is grounded in the mission of Elizabethtown College: Educate for Service. Job Duties:
Successful colleagues will provide evidence of effective teaching and clinical work as well as be prepared to offer courses in both the didactic and clinical years. Primary responsibilities will be to didactic year students; however, all principal faculty will be fully integrated into the clinical year of the program and will provide graduate level instruction in all phases of the program. This position will assist the program director in the review, planning and development of the program. The candidate will participate in the accreditation process including ongoing course assessments, student assessments, remediation, faculty/staff assessments, program assessments, competency evaluations, accreditation site visits and data collection. This position actively participates in student recruitment and admissions (both undergraduate and graduate physician assistant studies) and student advising (both undergraduate and undergraduate). The position includes emphasis on service and scholarly activities for one’s own growth and development and the benefit of the institution and program. Candidates should have a strong interest in designing enriching experiences for students that foster community engagement, holistic views of medicine and deeper understanding of human behavior. Physician Assistant Program Faculty, Lecturer

Oregon Institute of Technology (Oregon Tech) seeks applicants for a full-time, 12 month Academic Affairs Budget Director in the Office of the Provost. The Academic Affairs Budget Director will lead the development of and provide responsibility for fiscal budgeting and planning functions within Academic Affairs as well as advising the Provost. Responsibilities will include preparation, analysis, review and reporting of Academic Affairs budgets for all funds, preparing complex analysis and providing timely, reliable and accurate data to the Provost to assist in decision-making. Under supervision of the Provost, the Director will advise senior management on fiscal impacts in the Academic Affairs division and will manage academic tracking and forecasting, commitments and expenditures and identify potential improvements of the academic budget administration. The Director will serve as the academic affairs liaison with the University Budget Office and provide budget training and guidance to the colleges and departments. Other responsibilities of this position will include assisting with the&nbsp;ATS&nbsp;system and communicating with departments regarding position budgets. The Director may also supervise Office Managers within the academic units. This position requires integrity and confidentiality as the Director will have access to sensitive data. Fundraising and Endowment:

<li>Oversee endowment investments as prescribed by the Investment Committee of the Board and advise the President and key stakeholders, including administration, on strategic use of endowment funds.</li>
<li>Partner with the Vice President of Advancement to ensure effective stewardship of gifts to the College.</li>
<li>Represent the College externally as needed, especially in banking and lease negotiations. Manage bond indebtedness and banking and auditing relationships.</li>

Staff Supervision and Development:

<li>Promote a culture of high performance and develop staff using a supportive, collaborative and data-driven approach.</li>
<li>Ensure all staff are customer-focused in their dealings with students, faculty, staff and others.</li>
<li>Oversee, direct, and supervise offices of accounting and finance, information technology, human resources, facilities, public safety, conferences and rentals, Swannanoa gathering, dining services and the bookstore.</li>
<li>Actively participate in the selection, hiring, training, and evaluation of direct reports, facilitate and direct the process of goal setting for direct reports, and conduct regular meetings with them to monitor workflow and offer feedback and guidance.</li>

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Leadership &amp; Governance Dr. Damián J. Fernández is the 10th president of Warren Wilson College, assuming leadership on June 1, 2023.
A Cuban immigrant and first-generation college student who grew up in Puerto Rico, Fernández comes to Warren Wilson with more than 30 years of experience in teaching and leadership positions at both private and public institutions.
