Duties:

Work Environment

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Per-Diem Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity to provide essential, hands-on care to patients in a supportive clinical environment, with flexible scheduling options available.

Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.</li>
<li>Licensure: Active NJ state LPN license and current BLS Certification.</li>
<li>Experience: At least one year of relevant field experience is required.</li>
<li>Soft Skills: Compassion, reliability, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.</li>
</ul>
Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Administer medications, treatments, and wound care under RN supervision.</li>
<li>Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and progress.</li>
<li>Assist with care plan implementation and collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians.</li>
<li>Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, medications, and recovery goals.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate clinical records, including medication logs and shift reports.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies.</li>
<li>Provide emotional support and advocate for the patient's needs during rehabilitation.</li>
