Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED preferred</li>
<li>Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes</li>
<li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and handle small components with precision</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365 or similar)</li>
</ul>

Progression Requirement:
Technician I employees are expected to demonstrate reliable attendance, quality performance, and proficiency in either Base Curve or Front Curve processes within 90 days. Meeting these standards is required for advancement to Technician II.

<li>Exposure to moderate noise levels, dust, and production-related chemicals</li>
