The Director of Nursing is responsible for providing leadership, managerial supervision and resource support to improve the effectiveness of a Musculoskeletal Specialty Hospital within a larger Acute Care Facility. In doing so, this vital leader will have direct responsibility over the nursing and patient care services including the floors and the operating rooms dedicated to the Specialty Hospital. This leader will also have dotted line responsibilities to Physical Therapy, Laboratory, Respiratory Care, and all other ancillary services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

<li>Customer/Patient Loyalty: Improves satisfaction loyalty of customers provided by areas of responsibility. Immediately investigates and resolves concerns or complaints with assigned services.
