Are you a highly motivated individual to fulfill a full-time employment opportunity as the dealership receptionist and administrative operations assistant. If you have excellent communication skills &amp; excel at providing superior customer service, the Stoops director of first impressions is the perfect fit for you! No automotive experience needed - we'll fully train and develop the right candidate to be a successful team member.

<li>Manage all dealership inbound calls &amp; multi-line switchboard / software program</li>
<li>Greet all showroom guests &amp; distribute all calls to appropriate team members</li>
<li>Complete administrative tasks assigned by sales management team</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area, customer lounge, and showroom</li>
<li>Update and manage information software programs</li>
<li>Complete dealership on-site/virtual continuing education and training</li>
<li>Miscellaneous data entry, reporting &amp; administrative tasks</li>
<li>Support dealership culture and plan employee ESP events.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Superior written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Professional customer service / relationship management skills</li>
<li>Attention to detail and excellent time management skills</li>
<li>A positive can-do attitude with the a strong desire to succeed in a team setting</li>
<li>Self motivated with the ability to create and follow a daily work plan</li>
<li>Proficient typing, internet, and computer skills with the ability to work multiple software applications</li>
<li>Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced work environment</li>
<li>Ability to work a consistent M-F weekly schedule, some Saturday's required</li>
