The Director of Nursing / Director of Patient Care Services is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and supervision of home health clinical services. Responsibilities

<li>Clinical Leadership &amp; Oversight</li>
<li>Provide direction, supervision, and support to all clinical staff, including RNs, LVNs, therapists, CNAs/HHAs, and clinical supervisors.</li>
<li>Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care that meets clinical standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee patient care assignments, referrals, and care coordination within the agency.</li>
<li>Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical goals, policies, and best practices.</li>
<li>Regulatory &amp; Compliance Management</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, ACHC standards, and all state/federal clinical regulations.</li>

<li>Assist the Executive Director/Administrator in budget planning and operational decision-making.</li>
