What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and maintain product availability.</li>
<li>Execute Merchandising: Implement planograms and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.</li>
<li>Drive Sales: Carry out promotional strategies, launch marketing campaigns, and track performance.</li>
<li>Build Relationships: Partner with store managers and commissary staff to ensure seamless execution and strong in-store support.</li>
<li>Maintain Excellence: Ensure proper product presentation, pricing, labeling, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.</li>
<li>Analyze and Adapt: Anticipate needs, communicate inventory concerns, and help optimize sales performance.</li>
<li>Promote Compliance: Follow all military retailers and installation rules and safety protocols.</li>

<li>Ability to lift as much as 40 pounds and perform tasks involving kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead</li>
<li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including some holidays</li>
<li>Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is a plus, but not required</li>
