SUMMARY
Ability to assist in surgical operations under the supervision of Surgeons, Registered Nurses and Surgical Assistants. Assists in the organization and daily function of the operating room in accordance with established Federal, State and accreditation standards and company policies and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Serve as the first point of contact for internal office and provider requests.</li>
<li>Keep all provider enrollment data up-to-date and current.</li>
<li>Complete re-credentialing paperwork as needed.</li>
<li>Keep all internal enrollment tracking methods up to date.</li>
<li>Detailed understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care Plan regulations</li>
<li>Keep CAQH and NPPES updated with accurate and current information.</li>
<li>Maintain constant contact with insurance payer representatives.</li>

<li>Follow up with payers on outstanding enrollments on a weekly basis.</li>

SUMMARY 
 An Office Manager will achieve a world class Total Patient Experience that both maximizes the retail sales but also supports the patients' medical needs. Responsible for the overall sales and profitability of an office location. Manage all operations of the location to include team member support, merchandising, inventory management, training and safety.
