Family Nurse Practitioner Hours
<ul>
<li>30-40 hours/week with every other weekend</li>
<li>Must be flexible to work during clinic hours</li>
<li>M-F 8-7Saturday 9-5:30Sunday 9-4:30</li>
<li>Must be willing to float to nearby clinics</li>
</ul>
Family Nurse Practitioner Compensation
<ul>
<li>The pay for this position is $74.87 an hour</li>
<li>Benefits are available to full-time employees</li>
<li>A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees.</li>
<li>Mileage is reimbursed</li>
</ul>
Family Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Educate patients on maintaining proper health to influence quality outcomes.</li>
<li>Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients' medical needs for safe and high-quality treatment.</li>
<li>Document all patient care within an electronic health record.</li>
<li>Respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day</li>
<li>Increase patient engagement and satisfaction through integration of feedback from patients, management, and professional colleagues.</li>
<li>Resolve conflict using appropriate management techniques.</li>
<li>Cultivate relationships among practice employees and retail store colleagues.</li>
<li>Balance priorities to manage patient care and needs.</li>
<li>Manage clinical and non-clinical tasks.</li>
<li>Adapt to new models of patient care for clinic efficiency.</li>
<li>Help with hiring and development of Practice employees. Enhance operational effectiveness, emphasizing cost containment without jeopardizing important innovation or quality of care.</li>
<li>Validates insurance coverage and incorporates knowledge into care plan</li>
</ul>
Family Nurse Practitioner Requirements
<ul>
<li>FNP License in GA</li>
<li>1 + years of experience of primary care, urgent care, hospital experience</li>
</ul>
