Key Responsibilities:

<li>Support cardiologists during procedures such as Rota, TAVR, Watchman, and MitraClip when applicable.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members within a busy two-lab Cath Lab unit managing approximately 5-15 cases daily.</li>
<li>Adhere strictly to unit policies, procedures, and dress code requirements.</li>

Qualifications &amp; Certifications:
<ul>
<li>Required certification: Registered Cardiac Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered Technologist (RT), Cardiovascular Technician (CVT), or Registered Nurse (RN) who scrubs.</li>
<li>Proven experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to dynamic schedules, including on-call duties (about 10 call days monthly, including at least one weekend).</li>
<li>Demonstrated flexibility, teamwork, and strong work ethic.</li>

The Coding Quality Auditor and Specialist is responsible for maintaining quality work queues and quality reports, advanced and complex project work that includes, but is not limited to, Risk Adjustment, Mortality Review, Hospital Acquired Condition (HAC) and Patient Safety Indicator (PSI) Review, Quality Abstraction and Analysis, and/or special and non-traditional project work. Incumbents to this role have a mastery of advanced clinical documentation integrity and quality concepts, coupled with the ability to consistently identify root causes and deliver measurable results. Key to this role is the ability to lead and facilitate quality initiatives and external rankings initiatives while remaining compliant within the coding guidelines and regulations.

<li>Partners with NM departments that includes but is not limited to: IT; Analytics; and Innovation to design and implement new and advanced workflow solutions.</li>

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides general and skilled nursing care to participants, executes interventions in accordance with the plan of care, implements primary care orders, evaluates participant complaints in person and/or by telephone, develops appropriate plan of care, provides participant, caregiver and family education and communicates participant’s condition to primary caregivers, physician and care team.

REQUIRED

<li>Current licensure in the state of Kentucky as a Registered Nurse.</li>

<li>Functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Maintains regular attendance at, and participants in Interdisciplinary Team meetings; communicates participant changes, collaborates on plan of care decisions and coordination for twenty-four (24) hour care delivery. Effectively communicates with team mates during meetings or one-on-one conversations.</li>
<li>In coordination with the other clinical staff, develops and implements a plan of care to meet the needs of participants to remain living safely in the community for as long as possible in alignment with their goals of care. Maintains aligned, comprehensive plan of care for all participants living in residential facilities and coordinates care between facility and Interdisciplinary Team.</li>
<li>Conducts a comprehensive initial nursing assessment with new PACE enrollees. Coordinates with the Interdisciplinary Team to develop a comprehensive plan of care for each participant. Conducts nursing re-assessment semi-annually and as needed.</li>
<li>Performs general and skilled nursing care to participants as assigned. Implements the plan of care and physician orders in coordination with the Care/Interdisciplinary Team. Observes, records, and reports participant’s condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to providers. Triages participants to determine priority of care and assists in the treatment, examination, and testing of participants.</li>
<li>Participates in nursing on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend assistance and care, as needed, to PACE participants.</li>
<li>Receives participant complaints, triages, and responds to participant needs.</li>
<li>Reviews and signs off orders and disseminates orders and instructions to appropriate staff and contracted personnel. Maintains and reviews participant records, charts, and other pertinent information. Completes documentation and charting in accordance with organizational policy.</li>
<li>Performs care coordination with outside providers and facilities including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and physician/provider offices. May accompany participants to specialist appointments or make hospital or other facility visits when necessary for coordination of participant care.</li>
<li>Provides treatment instructions and nursing education to participants and family.</li>
<li>Assists, as directed, in the maintenance of the clinic and exam rooms including stocking of supplies and materials and cleanliness.</li>
<li>Maintains accountability for high customer service standards and monitors, evaluates, and recommends opportunities for improved participant and family/caregiver satisfaction.</li>
<li>Manages and reviews participant’s records, charts, pertinent information and staff’s documentation. Documents as needed in medical records according to Senior CommUnity Care standards.</li>
<li>Maintains the stability and reputation of SCC by ensuring all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, State, and Federal laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.</li>
<li>Establishes and maintains a productive working relationship with relevant contracted providers.</li>
<li>Is responsible for adherence to program cultural standards (Fundamentals) including supporting the development and integration of these standards within the team through modeling, coaching, and accountability.</li>
<li>Follows and ensures that clinical team follows all organizational policies and procedures and CDC and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety guidelines.</li>
<li>Educates staff in regards to care and treatment for the elderly as needed.</li>
<li>Acts within the scope of his or her authority to practice.</li>
<li>Handles potentially infectious specimens with appropriate biohazard precautions, and practices Universal precautions.</li>
<li>Protects privacy and maintains confidentiality of all company procedures, results and information about employees, participants and families.</li>
<li>Participates in continuing education classes and any required staff and training meetings. Maintains professional affiliations and any required certifications.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as required or requested.</li>

Job Summary:
The Pharmaceutical Inventory Specialist is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the inventory of all pharmaceutical and medical supplies across all MIND office locations. This role ensures accurate ordering, efficient stock management, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The specialist will also be responsible for receiving shipped inventory, logging it into the Lynx inventory system, physically loading medication into refrigerators and cabinets, and running detailed reports on inventory and medication usage for presentation to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:

<li>Oversee and manage the inventory of all pharmaceutical and medical supplies across all MIND office locations.</li>
<li>Develop and implement minimum stock levels and reorder points in coordination with the practice manager and physicians.</li>
<li>Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile monthly and quarterly counts to ensure accuracy.</li>
<li>Order supplies and medications for all MIND locations in a timely manner to prevent shortages or overstocking.</li>
<li>Receive shipped inventory upon delivery, verify it against purchase orders and packing slips, and check for accuracy.</li>
<li>Log all inventory into the Lynx inventory system to maintain accurate records of medication, sample medication, and supply levels.</li>
<li>Physically load medication into refrigerators and cabinets at each location, ensuring proper organization, rotation, and temperature control.</li>
<li>Maintain and monitor sample medication inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, expiration management, and proper documentation.</li>
<li>Inspect shipments for breakage, damage, or discrepancies and report issues to suppliers promptly.</li>
<li>Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure inventory is properly labeled, rotated, and accessible.</li>
