<li>CPR certification&nbsp;(demonstration course required).</li>
<li>For LPN: 6 months of work experience as an LPN or CNA.</li>
<li>Valid TB screening.</li>
<li>COVID-19 vaccination card.</li>
<li>Proof of flu vaccination, during Flu season in the months of October-March.</li>
<li>Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.</li>
<li>Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communicator and compassionate.</li>
