The Wilkinson Public Library (San Miguel County Public Library District #1) is located in spectacular southwestern Colorado, known for its stunning scenic beauty and a rich, colorful history. Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provides leadership and oversight for the Certified Nursing Assistant program; including working with clinical partners to pursue scholarships and partnership opportunities</li>
<li>Collaborates with the Program Director for Continuing Education in the hiring, onboarding, training, evaluation and scheduling of instructors for CNA</li>
<li>Oversees the curriculum for CNA and special projects as needed to meet accreditation/certification standards and ensure student success</li>
<li>Arranges Prometric Testing in collaboration with the testing center at MDC Medical Campus</li>
<li>Ensures the distribution of pertinent information to students enrolled in the CNA program to transition to degree-seeking programs</li>
<li>Collaborates with funding partners, recruitment, and Program Director of CE to increase enrollment of individuals in the community into the CNA program</li>
<li>Tracks enrollment data, graduation, and certification pass rates of students seeking credentials while identifying barriers to success</li>
<li>Works with the Program Director for Continuing Education to provide CNA program support</li>
<li>Coordinates with the Department Chairs and Director of Clinical Resources to appropriately staff each clinical course utilizing adjunct faculty when appropriate and visits clinical sites to ensure adjunct faculty are working with students to meet course and agency expectation</li>

Minimum Requirements
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) from a regionally accredited institution and three (3) years of experience in nursing education; or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and seven (7) years of experience in nursing education</li>
<li>Florida license or eligibility for a license as a registered nurse</li>
<li>Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft office software and specific computer programs related to area of responsibility</li>
<li>Computer fluency and database management skills in field related to Nursing Education</li>
<li>Possess excellent organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written)</li>
<li>Possess effective interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public</li>
<li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations</li>

The University of Medicine and Health Sciences-St. Kitts (UMHS) invites applications for a full time faculty position in Gross and Developmental Anatomy.
The University of Medicine and Health Sciences is a state-of-the-art medical school located on the exotic Caribbean Island of St. Kitts.&nbsp; Faculty have a unique opportunity to become involved in the growth and success of the institution, and most importantly an opportunity to educate and nurture a new generation of physicians.
Gross Anatomy is taught in the first semester and is focused on team-teaching and, as such, faculty have adequate time to engage in research and/or writing. The UMHS academic year has three semesters; therefore, teaching responsibilities occur throughout the year.&nbsp; UMHS has a state-of-the-art anatomy dissection laboratory which allows a 6/1 student to&nbsp;cadaver.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Responsibilities include:
1. Developing and providing students with approved syllabi and learning objectives. 2. Organizing, preparing, and regularly updating course content 3. Delivering effective lectures utilizing a variety of teaching techniques and state of the art &nbsp; teaching technologies. 4. Preparing and administering examinations, grading in a timely manner, and providing feedback to students. 5. Focusing on student success by being available to students during non-teaching time. 6. Serving on faculty committees. 7. Supervising students in a variety of activities, including but not limited to, problem based learning activities, and human-computer simulation.. 8. Participate in activities assigned by the department chair and/or University administration.
 Minimum qualifications:
• Passion for teaching. • Earned Ph.D. in Gross Anatomy. • Three to five years’ experience teaching in a medical program. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
 
Course description:&nbsp;Gross and Developmental Anatomy focuses on the gross structure of organs and their function, and through clinical correlations, relates each to clinical medicine.&nbsp; An Anatomical Learning Resource Center has been established to utilize computer-based instruction, anatomical models, radiographic materials as well as supervised laboratory sessions dissecting various parts of the human body.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Students study the structure and function of all organs with some interaction with cellular structure.&nbsp; This course incorporates an understanding of how embryological processes give rise to the mature body form.&nbsp; When this course is complete, each student will have extensive knowledge of the gross anatomy and development of the entire human body as it relates clinically to the practice of medicine.
Salary and Benefits: &nbsp;The position is full time and the salary is commensurate with teaching experience and degree.&nbsp; The faculty member is provided with an excellent health care plan which covers both US and St. Kitts health care. &nbsp; Since there are three fifteen week semesters the faculty member has seven weeks’ vacation a year which comes as the last two weeks in May, August, and three weeks in December.&nbsp; Faculty are also provided an annual one week leave with expenses to attend a pre-approved professional convention. The administrative assistant delivers support services to selected San José State University students. ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Establishes and maintains a complex computerized system of files and records involving participant eligibility, demographic data, results of outcome objectives, and project contracts. Prepares written and statistical reports on student progress and outcomes as requested by the program director.</li>
<li>Maintains expenditure records by specific budget category. Creates and maintains computerized spreadsheets for budget monitoring and control. Reviews and verifies all computer printouts on program budget status prepared by SJSU Research Foundation accounting office.</li>
<li>Prepares quarterly budget reports and projected budget reports for the program director to monitor spending and the effective use of funds.</li>
<li>Assists the director in managing the program budgets and ensuring compliance with TRiO legislation and regulations as stated by the Department of Education.</li>
<li>Assists the director to ensure compliance in accordance with the grant contract with the U.S. Department of Education and SJSU Research Foundation policies and procedures.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Onboarding student staff and monitoring their daily tasks.</li>
<li>Clerical duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Coordinates office workflow and maintenance of files and records between ASPIRE and the McNair Scholars Programs.</li>
<li>Advises the director of any problem areas in handling office workflow, questions about program priorities, and suggestions for improving the efficient operation of the program office.</li>
<li>Arrange and coordinate travel and travel reimbursement for staff and participants of ASPIRE and McNair Programs.</li>

Position Description The University of Washington Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology is seeking one (1) full-time academic Anatomic Pathologist in Gastrointestinal (GI), Hepatic and Pancreatic Pathology. The selected candidate will be expected to work with medical students, residents and fellows working on GI pathology clinical services. Participation in autopsy service is expected. The base salary range for this position will be: Assistant Professors: $18,170 to $26,577 per month ($218,039 to $318,927 annually); Associate Professors: $21,903 to $30,049 per month ($262,831 to $360,592 annually); Professors: $26,023 to $39,377 per month ($312,274 to $472,526 annually), commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. Assistant Professors WOT are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. This is a full-time, 12-month service period (July 1 – June 30) position and remains open until filled with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2024 but is flexible.
Qualifications Candidates must have subspecialty expertise in Gastrointestinal, Hepatic and Pancreatic pathology. Must have demonstrated excellence in teaching (didactic, conference-based and over-the-microscope). Candidates must have an M.D. or D.O. (or foreign equivalent) and be Board-eligible or -certified in Anatomic Pathology. Must qualify for a license to practice medicine in Washington State. In order to be eligible for University sponsorship for an H-1B visa, graduates of foreign (non-U.S,) medical schools must show successful completion of all three steps of the U.S. Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE) or equivalent as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
