Here's What You'll Do:
The&nbsp;Direct Support Professional&nbsp;assists adults with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. Assists with complete care of dietary, hygiene, grooming, and dressing needs. Redirects behaviors with various activities including, walking, reading, games, math, and computer projects.
Essential Functions
<ul>
<li>Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients' (visual and active) as written in Individual Program Plan.</li>
<li>Assist clients with bathroom needs.</li>
<li>Change clients' undergarments and/or clothing if needed.</li>
<li>Prepare daily meals and assist with clean-up.</li>
<li>Pick-up/drop-off clients in company vans from/to their home/facility (if necessary).</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Minimum Education:&nbsp;High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, CPI, and MUST have DSP 1.</li>
<li>Minimum Experience:&nbsp;1 year of professional or personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (e.g. Autism) or mental illnesses (e.g. Bipolar) with challenging behaviors strongly preferred</li>
<li>Minimum Driving Experience:&nbsp;Must have a valid in-state driver’s license, be over 21, provide current registration and insurance, and have a driving record with no more than 2 points within the last 3 years.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Must be able to lift 50lbs.</li>
<li>Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.</li>
</ul>

The Position:
The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for the administration of Nursing services as assigned under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing. Directs, plans, and coordinates the service activities and staffing performance of professional nursing and agency nursing personnel in rendering quality patient care. Provides, coordinates, and directs patient care. Responsibilities include:

<li>Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care to patients</li>
<li>Implementation and management of physician orders related to nursing</li>
<li>Selects, trains develop and motivates a highly skilled professional and allied staff.</li>
<li>Assures that departmental staff complete orientation, maintain clinical competence, performs supervisory visits, participate in continuing education, received counseling and are evaluated in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Assure that patient verification, assessment, teaching and the ongoing scheduling of nursing services occurs in a timely and appropriate manner.</li>
<li>Assures that all patient related documentation is accurately completed, submitted and/or filed in a timely manner, according to internal and external regulatory requirements and in support of the billing process.</li>
<li>Participates in planning, decision-making and implementation of all service center activities that affect clinical nursing services and the performance of the multi-disciplinary team.</li>
<li>Secures and maintains all applicable professional certifications, accreditations and employment requirements as required of the nursing staff and department.</li>
<li>Coordination of patient care in conjunction with nurse scheduler and or clinical coordinator</li>
<li>Assures all nursing documentation is accounted for and billed in a timely manner</li>
<li>Promotes efficiency and productivity of nursing dept in conjunction with nurse manager</li>
<li>Works closely with the Nurse Manager and Operations Manager to assess, plan, develop, implement and evaluate clinical and administrative policies, procedures, programs and systems.</li>
<li>Assures own professional growth and clinical competence.</li>
<li>Adheres to all policies, procedures and standards of conduct.</li>
<li>Reports to the appropriate management any known or suspected violations of policies, procedures, regulations or standards of conduct.</li>
</ul>
Schedule:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to work in office- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm, 40 hours per week</li>
<li>Must be able to participate in an on-call rotation</li>
<li>Must be able to provide infusions to patients in their homes as well as the infusion suite</li>
<li>Must be able to drive your own properly registered/insured vehicle to see patients in their homes (we offer mileage reimbursement and hourly rate of pay)</li>
<li>Must be licensed as an RN in the state of CA</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN, MSN preferred</li>
<li>Current RN Licensure by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing, in good standing</li>
<li>Advanced certification in specialty areas of practice (e.g. CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required</li>
<li>Valid state issued drivers license with no significant restrictions on that license</li>
<li>On-Call Requirement: This position requires participation in an on-call rotation, nights and weekends included, providing as-needed support outside of regular business hours to address urgent issues and ensure continuous operations.</li>
<li>Administrative Oversight: Responsible for providing administrative oversight, including monitoring of workflows, ensuring compliance with policies, and managing resources efficiently to meet organizational objectives.</li>
<li>Emergency Availability: Must be available to respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of issues to minimize impact on operations. Availability during non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the nature of the emergency.</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years Nursing practice in a related specialty such as home infusion and or specialty infusion, home health, oncology, nutrition support, IV therapy or critical care</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years Pediatric Nursing experience ideal</li>
<li>Clinical expertise in IV therapies with monitoring, skill and knowledge of all types of IV lines</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year management experience, proven ability to manage, train and educate staff on new protocols and existing standard operating procedures</li>
<li>Ability to work with all levels of employees in a fast-paced clinical environment and manage multiple complex projects</li>
<li>Knowledge of vascular access devices and infusion therapies</li>
<li>Proficiency with MS Office</li>
